Description:

KA’s® Boho Rose is a beautifully refined dahlia admired for its delicate dusty-rose coloring and perfectly rounded, miniature blooms. Each flower features layers of tightly arranged petals in muted pink and soft mauve tones, occasionally transitioning toward warmer peach-blush shades along the outer petals. The result is a romantic, vintage-inspired flower with a sophisticated palette that complements both neutral and richly colored floral arrangements.

Introduced in 2026 by celebrated hybridizer Kristine Albrecht through Stonehouse Dahlias, KA’s® Boho Rose represents an exciting advancement in breeding dahlias specifically for professional cut-flower production. Its compact, sturdy plants produce an abundance of beautifully formed blooms throughout the growing season. The rounded flower shape and consistent production make this variety especially desirable for floral designers seeking elegance, texture, and dependable performance.

Growing & Cut Notes:

• Space plants 12 – 18 inches apart to maintain healthy airflow and encourage vigorous growth.

• Pinch when plants reach approximately 12 inches tall to promote branching and greater flower production.

• Harvest when blooms are nearly fully open and petals have developed their characteristic rounded form.

• Provide light staking or netting to support plants during periods of heavy flowering.

• Dahlias are frost-sensitive; lift and store tubers after the first frost in colder growing regions.

Best For:

Luxury wedding bouquets, romantic garden-style arrangements, premium cut-flower production, and sophisticated floral designs featuring dusty rose, blush, and muted mauve palettes.
